Here are directions from Bath to the Penobscot Bay YMCA:

 

North on Rt 1

Turn Left on Rt 90

Follow Rt 90 to where it intersects with North Rt 1 again.  

Continue thru the stop light (Market Basket Bakery is on your right).  Follow down street until you come to a T intersection.  Turn Left.

Follow along this street into downtown Rockport.  You will cross over a bridge and make a sharp right and go up a hill. 

At the quasi four way intersection you will see the Rockport Public Library in front of you.  Make a left turn and proceed up Union Street approximately 3/4 of a mile to the entrance to the Penobscot Bay YMCA on your right.
